A lot of you know me as being frugal (obviously) and I always try to find the easiest way of doing something (intense, I am not). But, did you also know that I try my best to live naturally and eating as healthy as possible? Some may call it granola, hippy or crunchy. I can’t believe it’s already spring.
It might have something to do with the fact that it still looks like winter out there. All this snow hanging around at the end of March makes me want to stay inside and cozy up.
A few days ago I was feeling like pancakes for breakfast.
Making pancakes for a family of 5 can be a long drawn out task. Even though mixing the batter is fairly simple, cooking all the pancakes takes time and usually it’s me making the pancakes while everyone else eats them. (Don’t worry. Quite regularly I can buy imperfect or ripe bananas for less than $0.20per pound from my favorite local grocery store. These bananas can be anywhere from perfect where I’m really not sure why they’re in sale bags, to very ripe or partially squished.
