Greens. Spinach, Kale, Swiss Chard… We all know that they’re good for us. We all want to know how to eat more greens. So why it so hard to eat them?! Why do we buy those big tubs of baby spinach, determined to eat every last leaf, only to have it turn into slimy sludge in the back of our fridges?
If you didn’t grow up eating leafy greens, it can be a challenge to get them down. The earlier your kids are introduced and reintroduced to these nutrient packed veggies, the more likely they are to eat them later in life.Continue Reading
I can’t believe it’s already spring.
It might have something to do with the fact that it still looks like winter out there. All this snow hanging around at the end of March makes me want to stay inside and cozy up.
The adventure of potty training continues at out house. I’ve been spending my time cleaning up messes and predicting when to encourage my almost 2year old to use the toilet.
I don’t have the time to be cooking an elaborate meal, let alone the brain power to think of what to cook.
