I can’t believe it’s already spring.
It might have something to do with the fact that it still looks like winter out there. All this snow hanging around at the end of March makes me want to stay inside and cozy up.
The adventure of potty training continues at out house. I’ve been spending my time cleaning up messes and predicting when to encourage my almost 2year old to use the toilet.
I don’t have the time to be cooking an elaborate meal, let alone the brain power to think of what to cook.

Eating a healthy diet does not need to be complicated. It doesn’t need to be expensive either!
I’m all about what’s easy, simple and doable! If something is too complicated or takes too long, I lose interest or get discouraged and go back to whatever I was doing before. (eating chocolate chips and watching Netflix)
